Aw thanks Bails! Maybe if I put it in tiny writing it won't be so bad.. :D

I agree with Tete, I'm sure he's fine :) I'd love to go white water rafting!

Ha Tete, thanks for the cous cous recommendation! Yum pub tea! Have you seen the new voucher that's kicking around for Gourmet Burger Kitchen? 2 burgers and chips to share for £10 - the burgers are like £6/£7 each anyway! So that's another diet downfall.

We went to GBK at the weekend, first time ever, had a voucher 2 burgers, a chips to share and 2 drinks for £15. And we were sooooo not impressed! Burgers were rubbish quality, greasy and poor quality grainy meat, and just really boring and I left most of mine while NIM finished his but was still ravenous, will not be returning. Milkshake was nice though.

That's a shame Dinah! They've always been really good when we go. I always have Blue Cheese cuz I'm boring. :p And the milkshakes are lush!

Oh I wondered where in Asia you'd been! How strange! No idea about the photohosting sorry - can you not just copy and paste them into the thread?

I've been wanting to try GBK for ages but there aren't any nearby ... might see if there's one in Bath and see if I can find a voucher though :D In spite of Dinah's glowing review!

ETA - No GBK in Bath :(

Yay to new thread! Dinah I am so impressed with the £43.50 pd challenge, I would definitely bet on you and NIM to pull it off. I have never even met the £5 pd challenge yet, lol.

How annoying about the house viewing. We had the second viewing this morning and still loved the house, so I emailed the Housing Association to ask what would be required to put on an offer, but no reply yet. So just waiting!

Got another catering quote in from these cool local guys, who have quoted a much more reasonable £25 - £35 per head (compared to £108!!!) although this doesn't include tables and chairs (pesky furniture why do we need it anyway?!). So I think maybe we could do the artist studios after all.

Hmmmmmm. Hope you have a fab time in Bath Tete, what have you got planned?

Would love to see your penguin pics Dinah, flickr is good for picture hosting.
