Right it is nearly bed time (or relax time) as I am on nights again (till Wednesday Morning!! Booo). At least there is a bond film to sleep in front of this afternoon.

Haven't heard from OH yet so hopefully she is safe. I did send her a text. She has a list of when I am working so I am sure I will get a call in a couple of days. Missing her already.

She thought I was mad when I told her to photograph her and ther firends case. After the Barcelona case incident, I thought it was a good idea as it would save having to describe the case if you can just produce a photo for them.

Just spent the morning cleaning the car - stopped for the rememberance service and breakfast.

Got £6.04 from STP so that is going to CC - Every Little Helps (Tesco, 2009). Need to go and do some more but not too interest at the moment. Maybe later in the week.

Hope you have a good sleep Poodle!

Thanks Flower - I am going to find out when the funeral is and ask my friend if she wants me to come. Will leave it a couple of days though.

  • Hello everyone,

So sorry to hear your news Wendz, it all seems to have happened so quickly :(

Well done LittleBIt - Maxwell is absolutely gorgeous!! I am now officially a Godmother which makes me feel very old! Ceremony was full of screaming babies, except our Sam who seemed content to honk my nose and stick his fingers in my mouth, which was nice.

Sounds like you've had a busy weekend Dinah, mine has been pretty quiet and relaxing, but going to get on with a few things on my to do list now :( That includes sewing-related things.

Ahh he is so cute and very big, at least it wasn't a long labour!

Congrats on being officially a godmother Tete. Sounds like you had fun having fingers up your nose haha.

I spoke to one of my friends Racheal, who saw my friend Kayleigh who is the one whose sister it is, last night. She sayd she thinks she would like us at the funeral so just need to find out the details. Kayleigh text me a minute ago saying 'thanks sweetie , love you lots too' bless her. She knows we are there which is what matters.
  • Exactly right Wendz, she probably wants to be around her family at the moment but if she knows you're there for her it will be a comfort. Hope you're doing OK too xx

Your right - thats all she needs at the minute, to know everyone is there to help her.
She will need all the support she can get and it sounds like she'll get alot from you, shes very lucky to have someone who obviously cares so much. It must be very tough for you to see her go through that.
