Hi Dinah,
Nice new diary, gonna jump in at the start this time!
Do you mind if I join in with the losing weight challenge? I want to lose about 9lbs by the end of the year but my weight is stubbornly staying where it is. I need a public challenge (my own diary one is not working). x0 -
Course Swinstie welcome aboard!

Hello,
Good idea getting the rings in Brum - a friend of mine lived there when she got engaged so got a bargain ring, then when he cheated on her she sold it on for substantially more than he paid for itAh, karma.
(Not that I'm saying this is what will happen to you!!! Just saying they're a bargain!)
Diet Challenge - Starting weight/BMI: 10st6/20.4; target: 9st6/18.5
I'm going to leave the first stone in my sig though as I think it's more motivating to see that I've already lost 14lbs and not be back at 0 again!
You've reminded me of the 30 by 30 list, which I have in my notebook ... I've managed to cross off a grand total of two things since February! Better get a wriggle on!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Doh, of course, thanks Dinah! Right, I'm 10st 12 at mo with a BMI of 26.3. I've lost 16 lbs so far allegedly but really not sure as these scales are quite probably 'out' with my ones at home. I know I've definitely lost 11 lbs since being here so will stick with that for now and if by some miracle the scales do tally, it'll be a lovely surprise when I get home! The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

On a serious note, is there some kind of emergency contingency we could come up with just for worst case scenario so you don't have to pay huge interest rates, or is this just being defeatist? The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Well I have a £1500 overdraft which I'm halfway into, could use the rest of that as its at a much lower rate (£1000 is interest free), and I could just pay interest for a month or two, so no, not the best fall back plan!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Ok, the last time I weighed in (last week), I was approx 142lbs (10st 2lbs), and at 5' 3" makes me a tad under BMI of 25 . I have never been above 9st 7lbs (I blame this implant), so aiming for target weight of 9st 7lbs.
Bails, I don't know why you want to live in Scotland either (and I live here). It is actually great in the good weather (like one week a year)!

Well, better than nothing though! And don't forget, being a true MSE, you may well find rings you love just as much for less than you've budgeted
Hehe, no idea Swinstie!
Target BMI is 23.9 Dinah.
Why not start the list of things you'll do to achieve it so [STRIKE]I can have a good nose[/STRIKE] you can reassure yourself it's possible
Oh, and could you give me the link for the dress please, I fancy a quick browse before OH gets back? Ta hun.The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
