    Hi everyone

I'm back and have found a shiney new thread!!!! I'll be viewing this avidly as I am now engaged aswell  My OH proposed on our not very MSE holiday in New York - spent loads but had a fab time! Now just to reduce the debts and plan a wedding so I'll be looking for ideas here (if you don't mind Dinah?).

We have managed to put moves in place to reduce our phone bills as I have chenged contract to one that is £15/month cheaper plus get cashback plus send old phone to envirofone and I'm now sorting out OH's phone too. We've also cut our electricity DD payments from £30/month to £14/month so I'm well pleased. Our aim now is to get all the Christmas presents as cheaply as possible although we have been saving money each month to spend on this but I want to have a load left over at the end. I also want to get the Virgin Credit Card down asap as that seems to have gone on the bacj burner recently.

Anyway, off to catch up on the thread now so have a good evening everyone xx
Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:

Sounds like you're majorly on top of things money wise too. Good luck with getting the Christmas presents cheaply, shouldn't be a problem with all the deals on atm!

Well bit of a wedding update, we spoke to the lady at church who manages the book and weddings etc, one of the pastors, and as they don't consider us to be a 'saved couple' we can't have the big church do with the singers and the like, just a little wedding, so we are considering going to our village church for a traditional wedding ceremony, but still attending that church as our church.
