And with BB you win cold hard cash don't you? I'm going to have to revise my voucher target in light of BP's changes I think.
Wow CMD, you've paid off £17k since last August?! Well done!!And not too shabby on the baby savings front either - remind me when it's due
Ah, my friend had her 12 week scan on Friday and all is well - this is the one who was ectopic and they had to do emergency surgery to remove it then attach it to her actual womb, or something, all very scary a few weeks back - so I'm really pleased for herWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Hi Tete,
Yeah, I suppose when you look at it like that 17k is not a bad achievement at all. And I was doing it all on my own (and supporting OH in uni) until he got a job in September. I guess I should big myself up more but I like to quietly get on with things!!! The baby is due on the 19th Feb so I am 30 weeks now. Still feeling very energetic and the bump is 'all bump' so don't feel fat yet!
That is such good news about your friend. I didn't even know they could re-attach the baby if it was ectopic. They must be over the moon. You get so attached to them so quickly.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

I guess though when there's still more to pay off you're constantly focussed on what's left, but it's motivating to step back and see what you've achieved from time to time as well.clearmydebts wrote: »The baby is due on the 19th Feb so I am 30 weeks now. Ooh, might be an aquarius baby like moi! We're the best

Well now this is third hand information that came via my OH via hers, so possibly not exactly true, but I think that's what they were getting at! I think they may have had to remove the tube though so will cause probs for the future.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Yes, it is great to step back and have a look and thanks to you I have done that and feel very good about myself and what I have achieved!

Bngo Britain offer has been going for ages so don't think there is much chance of it ending Tete so go for it. I tried to sign OH up for it but his card wouldnt work grrr.
That is great news about your friends baby Tete - is amazing they could do that.
CMD - not too long to go now! My friend who is due at the same time as you has got such a cute bump now.0 -
All of a sudden Miss 'I don't need GHDs because my normal ones do the job perfectly for a fraction of the price' changes her tune when she figures out she can get them for £3!
I know! You'll love them though Dinah, I spent a weeks wages on a pair + loads of their styling products last winter and never regretted it for a second - You won't regret it!
I made truffles last Christmas, they were scrummy! Got the recipe from a Good Food magazine - was just melted down Dairy Milk with a bit of cream, then rolled into balls + run in coco powder... I think..
CMD - Well done on getting under 13k :j You're doing so well, I really need to subscribe to your thread to keep up!0 -
I'll dig out the relevant cook books one day when I'm off next week and pop to Tesco at 6am or something before normal people get up and it gets crazy busy with people panic buying bread and mountains of tins to cover them over the 24 hour closure :rolleyes:Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I always love that! My Mum always gets about 3 dozen bread rolls and 2 loaves 'just in case'... not to mention the 6 pints of milk! It's like we're expecting a nuclear holocaust to hit over Christmas!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
