Yeah well he just pretended I wasn't being a complete strop, kept being nice to me and eventually I became rational again! I'm feeling better, just part of me wishes there was a 'ready made' house to move into! But then I'd only whinge it isn't what we want!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I went and bought a foundation today. Finally. After 3 months of owning no makeup except a lipstick. I had no idea how to know which one suited me so I guessed at random because it claimed to give me 'ten hour sleep effect'Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I can see you really getting into the whole 'doing up a place' though. Think of the satisfaction you will have as it gets done up room by room. Lots of mini challenges in there for you!

Bourjois? I had that one a couple years ago when it came out - it's pretty fab! Lasts quite a while too.No offer not accepted, but we're willing to up it so we want to find out the mortgage situation before we do that. We're now in a position to progress basically.

I don't think I picked up the right colour... I'm sure I needed 100 and this is 103, I have oddly pale skin. You can still see the tan lines from my bikini in Egypt in April
It smells nice but I can't really tell any difference to not wearing makeup. Think I need an eyeliner. Any suggestions Cinny? (I can't manage liquid ones, pencils only!)
Have 3 morgage advisor appointments made at random with banks and building societies in town. NIM is emailing the whole of market broker.
I spoke to the bank about my mental credit card plan, they politely suggested I open another current account instead to get my wages and bills put into, and then I can pay off the debt at 0%. Didn't know I could do that, so that's much better! So going on Friday to open a overdraft free current account for the wages and bills to work off, and then all extra income can go straight to paying off the overdraft, then that account can be closed down.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Lol! I could see you directing the 2 of them alright! Then you can add all the soft furnishings and female touches that make a place so homely!
You should treat yourself to a home magazine. That might get you in the mood for sprucing a place up! I would love to be in that position, esp after doing the interior design course last year. The place we rent out in Edinburgh has been done up already and there is no chance of us buying anywhere for the forseeable!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Lol I've only just managed to wean off the wedding magazines, can't afford house ones yet sadly
I'm trying to not get too excited about it, end of the day they might not be willing to meet us in the middle and we'll go elsewhere anyway.
