Sainsburys half price toys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My order went through at 12.05 am and I have only just received my despatch email....so they are trickling through slowly!!

For all those who didnt get lego and live in the Bournemouth area...Castlepoint had loads of Star Wars lego this afternoon :j

and the Lorry/Helicopter set I bought at half price today for £17.50 is only £2 more in Argos and Tesco Direct so clearly the original £35 price tag was a huge rip off.

The anakin starfighter on you mention on amazon is the smaller version usually available for around £20, the one I picked up today is the larger version usually available for around £50.

I got the £50 one today for £24.99.

I do agree that the lorry helicopter lego set isn't a big saving, but the star wars lego is normally priced.

No its actually Anakins y wing star fighter so the price is correct as it does retail for around £50 elsewhere

Ok fair enough didnt see the Star Wars lego in my store to get an idea of what it was you had bought so just did a search, I just hate it when people think they have got a great deal when they have been swizzled.

Am happy enough with the lorry/helicopter set as had checked out prices beforehand just cannot understand how they could ever have charged the higher price before really

Sainsburys have done the half price on all toys for the last couple of years and the others have never followed suit before so doubt it.

You never know though so here's hoping!

The Playmobil seems to be excellent value - compared to the Entertainer, the Pirate set is £32 whereas in Sainsburys it is £25ish full price!!
