They had the sets that are online plus lots of the Starwars action figures (big & small) they also had lots of stock!

Oh Dear........ just thought I would 'pop' into Sainsburys on my way home from dropping DS at his dads and spent more money!!! :eek:
Its so easy to get carried away with these things I have spent about £200 in Sainburys but not all of what I bought is for xmas as its DD's 3rd birthday in june so will leave some in loft til then.

In store I bought......

Peppa pig dressing table (cant see this online!!) for £22.49
Playdough pack of four £1.24
and some princess tiara/phones etc... all £1.50 or there abouts!

BUT.................. ive just noticed that the table is only £29.99 in Argos normal price and reduced to £22.49 so thinking that will be going back to Sainsburys tomorrow with my disappointed face!!! :mad:

Had exactly the same thing happen to me bernie. I tried for about 3 hours but it just wouldn't process my card. Thought I was the only one. Everything I wanted had sold out this morning too. Not a happy bunny here either

I'm not convinced it's that a good a sale

I went in store this evening & brought:

chatting charlie and lola for 14.99
x3 colour me lola for 8.49 each
High school musical microphone 6.49
play doh 10 pack 2.99
play doh 4 pack 1.24


went into boots afterwards (for £12 points with £50 spend) & comparing prices realised that the prices have been inflated for the sale so the savings aren't that great on everything

had i brought the 3 charlie & lola from boots would have paid £20 on 3 for 2 as they are £10 each
chatting charlie & lola is £19.99 in boots - so you see, not great savings & will be returning to store.

Also noticed that prices in store are more than online - colour me lola is £6.50 on line.

Although will be keeping the paydoh as worked out ok.

Still think that the bikes & ride ons were a bargain on line but i can't see them coming back into stock online.

Im hoping this isnt the last of the stock online........they should get more in as im sure they re order once it is OOS.

But then again...... it will be just my luck as I made a big boobie on DS's only pressie I got him! He wanted Razor Spark Scooter... NOT the razor ripstik! :rolleyes: DOH MUM!!!!!
