    Oh dear, oh dear....Second article in The Daily Mail today, giving the buyer's account of what happened, plus other people who have been scammed by Amir! Turns out that Amir created a new Ebay account with which to scam people, under the guise of Thomas Buckly. He's being investigated for scamming a woman out of £147 for an Ipod she bought off him, but he never sent.
    In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

    I reckon it is all true, can't see someone going to the trouble of fabricating pics when they'd know this would probably be investigated.

    Someone on that earlier daily mail site seemed to believe that ebay looks after buyers :rotfl:
    fact is the buyer only had 45 days to make a charge back and it took 2 months to receive so he'd lost all protection.
    The buyers only option (and an unlikely one) would have been small claims court.
    Have to also laugh at the fact that anyone would buy something for that price being sent 2nd class recorded?!!
