Evening all
Couple of NSD's for me thankfully, trying to get to the end of the week without dipping into my wage (for incidentals)!!! that's a challenge in itself!!
Have had my fix of shopping, did my big food shop last night. lots of housework to do tomorrow so that will keep me out of the shops for another day. and helping hubby with some course work on sat.
my mantra for next few days -i have no reason to go the shops! i have no reason to go the shops!
Hope you're on the mend true27

Have a good Friday!0 -
pointypenguin - i think my dad has some VBA books, I'll ask
Thanks
Happy Friday one and all. I have finished my marathon of nights out and I am looking forward to sitting on the sofa and going to bed at a decent hour tonight. Spends yesterday were about £10 on lunch and £2 at the quiz last night. We didn't win but came 9th out of about 35 team so not a bad effort I think.:jWeekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30

Well, I overspent last night by about £5, so I am a wee bit disappointed.. but I was kind of expecting to overspend - when alcohol is involved I have no willpower at all. Oh well.
Please put me down for £20 next week please..

Please could I join next week. I have done a budget which leaves me £40 for anything not budgetted for but I'd like to spend less than that to help with Christmas and boost my presents savings pot. And to show myself I can control my spending.
I need to try sticking to a weekly time to take my money out and taking a 'when it's gone it's gone' approach as I'm generally good at the idea of budgetting in theory and not so good in practice.
I'm hoping this will keep me on the straight and narrow in November.0 -

Morning all,
This week I am definitely red I think I have spent in the region of £50 but a few years ago I would easily have spent double that figure. I have a mystery shop to do today and I have to find something to wear for this wedding this evening so I need to get moving.
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. I will set up the new thread tomorrow.Weekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30
