OOoopps.. I was really naughty today and went into a bookshop and for the first time in ages, spent money on a non-medical book. It was £4.99 - it was too good to resist and now I am feeling incredibly guilty. It's nuts!!
Added onto that is £2.15 for coffee and a danish.
So that's £7.14 already spent out of my budget for the week  and it's only just started.
Good luck everybody and I hope we are all green this weekOne debt in 100 days £384/1264(£865 left)Pay all your debt off by xmas 2014 £276/18864NSD 4 and 4 in a row0 -

Also, can you change me to £31.18 which is exactly what's in my purse. This will include all spending this week unless I can convince some hapless sod to take me to the supermarket as this won't be included!
NSD yesterday :j
Ok I am going to try writing to them. I think I will do a letter as I find emails never get as good a response.
All other pledges updated let me know if I have missed anyone
I think I have vastly under estimated my weekly budget this week since I forgot I am out lots this week. I have theatre tomorrow night, going to Edinburgh for dinner with friends on Wednesday and then I have a quiz with work on Friday. Tomorrow should be fine as should only be a glass of wine and my friend owes me money for the ticket. Wednesday is going to be a whopper as I have to get the train across (about £16) then dinner. Thursday should be cheap as quiz is at student union and I am not planning on drinking too much. I am going to see if I can jiggle things about and I may not include Wednesday out as then I can hopefully keep on track and not go totally of the rails with the other nights.

It works out as £18.80 return as I'm going peak Haymarket to Queen St. I think it's less than £11 off peak return. Does that help?0 -

Megabus site is broken and I need to go to Haymarket not the centre so I think the train might be the better option. If I get the 6.30pm train I will get a cheap day return which is £10.40 (according to Scotrail website) instead of £18.80 for a peak return. So I think I can just wait a bit for the cheaper train as £8.40 is not to be sniffed atand can hopefully pay for a chunk of my dinner.
Cheers for the insider info F_F. I think next time I got through I am going to try the bus but might try it out at a weekend as I know I will probably not get back to Vegas until about 1am and will be cream crackered if the bus takes longer.Weekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30
