Never thought I'd get to the stage when I can use the spare room - it's brilliant. Wardrobes and cupboards don't seem to take as long to sort through now.

Must be mad, but I found myself offering to 'look after' neighbour's exercise bike and a couple of boxes while they have visitors at their place this weekend. I'm supposed to be getting rid of clutter, not inviting it in! As long as they take it back Sunday evening....

I also have the distinct feeling that Pigpen has a webcam in my flat as she always picked my worst room each day! :rotfl:At least now ALL the rooms are OK.

Decorating former RoD and master bedroom this week - it's great to feel proud of the place at last.

Welcome to Newbies - others have said it earlier - start NOW!

I'm going for a mooch around the shops to buy some things to make X**s treats with and hopefully cheer myself up a lot in doing so.

I am determined to go out for the day tomorrow instead of sitting at home all day isolated and alone. I am writing it down on here to make it a real decision for me and get it out of my head.

Then come back and take Mr Dog for a nice long walk. Then have a bath, relax watch the DVD and eat some popcorn if enough room after tea. Get clothes out for tomorrow and bag ready (shopping list and bags and vouchers). Set alarm and get up early.

Floor mopping can wait a bit longer!

Holly when DS was that age I used to find BHS ok

I have the same problem - DS1 (15) is tall (compared to me) and skinny. We struggle to find adult jeans (at a reasonable price) that are slim enough. Matalan and George are still ok for school trousers and a couple of years ago, Primark still had jeans in his size, but not anymore. He can wear 30'' length, but few stores go below 29'' width. Doesn't help that they've got to be black...

I'd freeze it until Sunday, it will still be fine today. I'd not risk keeping it in the fridge until Sunday though.

Another load of laundry folded, another load in the dryer and another load in the WM.. and some hung out on the line.. not that it is drying out there but it is out of the way!

Everyone is sorted for halloween costumes.. inc me..

Everyone fed and I just HAVE to have a half hour kip before I can make a start on the next round of tidying and flinging!

I need to nip out for some cat ears for DD4.
