Rosepink - Hi :) Poor you - that sucks. Good for you asking for it though :) Panic attacks are just horrible, I have had a handful of them and not nice at all. Hope you are feeling ok this evening.

You have been out, a lot, and that is an achievement in itself for you. Sorry about the panic attack though. :kisses3:
I am at work on Monday and this site is banned as it isn't educational:confused:, I've learnt loads on here but hey, So I will switch on as soon as I get home and read all about Phase 2 won't I??? Good girl;)
You lot are so sweet! :A I feel a bit rubbish this evening, but your comments have made me feel much better! Thifty, you will definitely see me writing about Phase 2! I'm determined to get on with it. And knowing you are looking out for me will spur me on!

Soappie, I really hope you are right and that I do stop getting them. What helped you to stop getting panic attacks?

Fedup, well done on being so determined to get out and about xx

Froddy, don’t worry about PMing me if it’s too much for you, glad your mum is being supportive

AnW’s mum, glad you had a good time with your parents, it sounds like fun! Thanks for passing on the message from Toots, I’m glad she is home now

I've not really done any flying today, have done some laundry but that's it. Have been trying to do my walking as I know that will lift my mood. DH did dinner, and I'm ashamed to say that I've been stuffing my face all day with all sort of rubbish. Can't seem to get a grip. But will try again tomorrow to eat better, or at least less!

    Have a lovely weekend everyone!

    Evening all,

I was in the garage earlier buying 6 100g bars of cheap chocolate to melt and reset in Halloween moulds. An old man came up to me and said is that naughty or nice, have you had a bad day:o . I told him i was making Halloween chocolate with it and he wandered off, then he came back and asked what the difference was between normal and Halloween chocolate:rotfl::rotfl:

    Hiya
First of all hugs to Rosepink - hope you're feeling a bit better this evening.
Lovely to hear tootles is home - big squigey but gentle hugs xx
Hugs to LL and puddy cats xxxx

Oh my goodness, how does decorating one room end up with the whole house being trashed!!! DS's room was finished apart from the door at 10pm this evening. He is soooooooo pleased with it. The rest of the house is a pit and we're having people over for a get together tomorrow night. Oh yes, and i'm working 10 till 5 so won't be able to sort the house and DH will have to sort it quietly or i'll hear him in the clinic!!

Oh well, it'll all be fine or it won't be :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm off to my pit (and it really is a pit with residue DS's stuff that he's not keeping!). Ahhh well, he's happy.

Sorry i've not read the thread but big hugs to you all - next week I really need to get back with the flylady plan :rotfl::rotfl::Dxx

      Evening ladies

Glad lots of your houses have descended into tips - makes me feel better about mine, I'm leaving it until Tuesday when the kids are back at school apart from the bathroom which I'll do on Sunday, maybe.

Rose - life is about living and not about flying - we fly to make space for living! You have come so far. Next lesson is learning that you can recover the situation. I used to get down when all my hard work disappeared but I know now that if I follow the lists for a week I'll be back on track and you will be too. Celebrate the fact that you've been out and about and enjoyed it!

I've done all my ironing so the school uniform is just about done, just DS1's troussers which he has been wearing this week for golf to redo.

Out tomorrow at football and looking at bathrooms and hope to garden in the afternoon before the weather turns so little flying again.
