I am wondering if you take the rinds off? I have kept a half melon in the fridge just wrapped tightly in cling film for up to a week with hardly any loss of flavour, by not removing the skin. same with pineapple. I find once you peel fruit it deteriorates more quickly than cut, but not peeled, fruit IYKWIM!0

Actually, frozen sliced bananas make a lovely banana ice cream when processed with buttermilk and a teaspoon of sugar in a processor. they just can't be frozen then eaten.
I don't like berries after being frozen unless you are going to cook them or make a coolis ie strawberries or raspberries.0 -
Sianb84 Don't defrost them  Frozen fruit is gorgeous in smoothies no matter what they look like straight out of the freezer, OH lives on them for his breakfast and has saved me a small fortune in buying fresh fruit0
