PIL were registered with both the Ministry of Justice and Data Protection register at the time it was operating. It only de-authorised with the Ministry after it ceased trading.

Zar legal Administration Limited and looking on companies house they are still active (incorporated 2/3/07). Who were they then in all of this?

Zar Legal and Severn Adminstration were owned by the same people to my knowledge.

I was just about to email you Peter regarding my claim that you have had my details of for the past 8 months. I have done this through fair return also. I am amazed that I have had no contact in the last 8 weeks at all, nothing whatsoever! Its 8 months wasted that I could have done something or gone somewhere else!!
Are my details safe? Do I now need to go somewhere that will work?

No not at all but i will chase up the solicitor in the morning. I will make sure he emails you by the end of play tomorrow

Simple answer. I am not recruiting anyone at the moment for a number of reasons.

Just checked on Companies House

They are owned by Suffolk Trust and Kronus Limited (50 shares each)

Kronus Limited is the majority shareholder in Loancheck SA which in turn owned Severn Administration

No idea who Suffolk Trust is

Bit of a stab in the Dark - Cento Client Review (another CMC) were funded by a similar business set up fund from a Welsh Trust.
