    I think there may be-they basically having you waiting for when someone decides to leave the job, or as is usually the case, becomes a PC. (not a computer, lol)

    They become a PC really, they turn into a computer but they don't tell anyone this cos they'll get scared and not want the job lol! That's why they drop out, they find out what happens to you...........

    Yes I saw it this morning Linda, I got a message from one of my friends on FB to say "sorry to hear about Morrissey" I went into panic mode for a moment as I thought the worst at first:eek:
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
