Its easy Bunny, if they have gills under the cap and they can be peeled....then they are mushrooms. Its the people who buy a book and go wandering around the woods who get the problems....too many edible ones are close to poisonous ones.
we got half a carrier bag full in a few minutes and if the warm,damp nights ( behave!) stay, then they'll be there all week.

'Deathcap' are very similair to ordinary Mushrooms in many ways:D and when they are cooked they are almost impossible to differentiate.
They are found under the hedges rather than the mddle of the field:D:p
