When life constantly gets you down?

Hi,

As the title says really. Am I the only one who can't seem to be happy and content with everything? For months now certain aspects of my life have been going from bad to worse. Just when I think I feel okay, and have maybe sorted out one or two problems something else happens... not a week will go by without a problem of some sort.

Hope I haven't upset anyone I was just wondering really if it's just my life that is like this?

my life is very similar. In fact someone commented to me the other day "I don't think I would come out of that situation unscathed as you seem to have"

Life just keeps on happening!

can I suggest that you try exercise and st john's wort. Sounds stupid, I know. But it has really helped my OH, who does get very blue.

Hi, I exercise everyday. I take standard Tesco vitamins but st john's may work... willing to try them. Thanks.

I can sympathise! Chatting with my next door neighbour recently over the garden fence she said she and her husband had just been talking and agreed that if it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all....lol, and they only know the big things like me being made redundant etc etc..if they knew the rest of it....!!! :rotfl:

I just try to see every day as a challenge...if nothing bad happens it's a bonus!!!!

Well .. I have given up ..let them take the house we worked so darned hard to buy..
I hope in my heart that if there really is such a thing as 'you reap what you sow' that the PRIZE GITS who bought the company where my OH worked for 18 years and then locked the workforce out .. refused to go into administratation for over 8 months and used the credit up to the hilt for wine and mobile phones, then legged it leaving the tax payer to foot the bill gets whats coming when they are sitting on their butts in the South of France.
All those people from all those companies you put out of work MILES BUNYARD and your money grabbing cronies.. You have not been forgotten

Yes my life is like that too. It's very strange how some people get all the bad luck and yet others just seem to sail through life with everything landing in their laps.

Wow, I'm glad it's not just me that feels like that.
Although in my case I do wonder sometimes if it is just my outlook on things.

You are not alone! Life is constantly getting me down, only this morning I was crying my eyes out (this doesn't happen often) as I feel like I am in a constant struggle with life, family, etc. Sort one problem, another one comes along and so on.
Sending virtual hugs to everybody who feels this way - we aren't alone! :grouphug:
