If they are REALLY that unlucky, you'd think they'd stop buying from ebay! I really feel sorry for the poor sellers."I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together." Although.. he has bought 51 things in the last 30 days and only feedbacked 10 (12 if you count the positives.). I often don't leave feedback unless I have a serious problem or exceptional service, and clothing is a minefield. (Not saying that I'd want to deal with them though!)This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 - Follow-up by designerbargainsuk (26-Jun-09 22:23):

Replies to all the above people who have judged me and felt fit to comment on me publicly despite not knowing any facts regarding the matters they discussed.
To STEVEW, your comments are both unfounded and offensive. For your information I buy approximately 30-40 items a week. I am an experience high volume buyer and only leave feedback where I have something to say, this sadly is usually when I have had a bad experience and feel I should advise other potential buyers that there have been problems with the seller. One thing you should note is that Every feedback comment I leave is both ACCURATE and HONEST. The simple truth is that there are a lot of people who try to sell clothes which are little more than rags with a bulled up description and hope to get away with it. Being British, most buyers do the British thing and do nothing at all. I am very unbritish in that I DO complain BUT only when it is justified. Am I the unluckiest buyer on eBay or a scammer? Well Steven the answer is NEITHER. My ratio of negative to positive feedbacks left is grossly distorted by the fact that I only leave positive feedback when the seller asks me to as I just dont have the time or inclination to leave over 100 positive and meaningless comments a month. If you think this is unusual then compare it to this. If you buy something from a shop would you go out of your way to tell them it was a good deal? No, you would only do so if you got a bad deal. I think that also replies to the following who also passed their opinion on me without being in possession of the facts. Vanyahargreeves & Alwaysworking. If you still think that only leaving negatives and the occasional positive is unusual then read the comments left by Turkish Delight who does exactly the same, I am sure were not the only 2 ebayers to do this.
As for the case brought up by JustLittleOldMe, the guy won an item but never paid. I opened an unpaid item case against him to which he again never responded. Four weeks later he opened a case for non receipt of goods even though he never paid (You could do that in those days for some unknown reason) When I responded by saying that I had a rule about only sending goods to those who actually pay for them he left me negative feedback saying I had taken the money and wouldnt send his goods. He NEVER PAID. I looked at his feedback to see if there was any indication that he had a history of doing this kind of thing. It was then that I noticed his feedback for recent purchases showed he had bought Growlamps, Rockwool, water thermostats and room heaters. Like I said before, my comments are ALWAYS factual.
A response now to Alwaysworking who says they "really feel sorry for the poor sellers". Well my friend you have inadvertently hit the nail right on the head in your choice of expression - Poor sellers. You see the only people who get negative feedback are POOR SELLERS. These are the sort who sell you damaged goods then when you complain refuse to refund you. These are the ONLY people for whom I leave negative feedback. Good sellers will never receive bad feedback from me. In that category I also include sellers who have sold me unfit goods but are prepared to refund, in such cases I assume that they have simply made a mistake and leave it at that. If you bothered to look back you would see cases where I left feedback like Unable to complete transaction, seller gave full refund, great seller.
Next response is to Cyberbob, I doubt very much that I have found all the bad sellers on eBay as there are undoubtedly many many thousands more of them out there. I do not wish to find any more but while ever they are selling then no doubt I will come across some just as you will. I will complain when they give me bad service, will you?
Now to Pinkshoes who also feels they are fit to comment on something they know nothing about. As you will no doubt really know, the holes werent where you suggested. They were what looked like cigarette burn holes and the only reason I left the follow up comment is that if you have a suit you KNOW if it has 3 such holes in it and therefore the seller tried to sell me a pup. If by some tiny chance they didnt know about the holes beforehand, it is nevertheless a sellers duty to ensure that the goods they sell are fit for purpose before listing them.
Also Pinkshoes it seems strange that your comments are followed by the old French expression " L'habit ne fait pas le moine",which is generally regarded to be the equivalent of the English expression "Dont judge a book by its cover" Hmmmmmmm???
To all of you I ask, if my negative comments were among the approximately 1500 positive comments I could(and perhaps should) leave each year, would you find the level excessive? Also, had any of you bothered to check the feedback records of the recipients you would find that in most cases I am not the only person to have complained about them.
I find it highly ironic that I should have to stand up for my right to complain about bad service on this of all sites. Unless I have very much missed one of the fundamental points of the web site, I was under the impression that one of its basic tenets is to champion the right of the consumer to complain about poor or unfair service, yet here am I, hung out to dry and ridiculed for doing just that.
Shame on you all!0 -

I respond and leave feedback and complain where appropriate. I sell and buy a huge amount on ebay and still do not stumble across as many bad sellers as you seem to. Your ratio of leaving bad feedback is far above the norm and i,m sorry to say I can see no way that it can be in reality that you have just stumbled across these bad sellers. To anyone looking at your feedback left it generally looks like you are a nightmare buyer. It also wouldn't surprise me if you lose sales because of this as well. When I buy I normally have a quick look at the sort of feedback sellers leave for others as this normally says a lot. Your i'm afraid says a lot about your business and generally the impression isn't good.
By posting your so called justification instead of this thread just dying a death and dropping of you have just reminded everyone how dodgy the feedback you leave. Not a good PR exercise methinks0 -
too busy for feedback but time to register and post that diatribe0
