Toddler having lots of accidents at nursery

Hi, I work in a nursery and we do have to note everything down, if your concerned you should talk to the nursery staff, they will be able to give you a better picture of wht caused the falls etc. They will be able to give more of the context of what happened, it is there job to help you with these things, talk to them it will help and wheveter it is them being over zealous using the accident book or anything else i'm sure it will put your mind at rest.0

I remember this happening to my younger cousin, she was always having accidents. Turned out she was sight problems in one eye and no one had spotted it. He could just be accident prone though
