Ryanair Electron charges

Card charging anomalies are certainly possible, but I would seriously doubt that any company would risk legal action on a point as serious as hidden unauthorised charging for what would be a minimal financial gain.
Besides, that sort of activity would be extremely easy to prove.
What was the route flown and who is the card issuer? I would imagine that some systems may have simply been unaware that a certain card was an Electron.
If you have the evidence, perhaps you should get in contact with the BBC.0 -
Ryanair WASTED MY TIME, they should have said straightaway what the problem was, initially they even offered me a refund!
They probably didn't understand what the issue was and simply offered you a refund of the cost of the flight. But what part of 'The charge isn't a Ryanair charge' don't you understand? They had me writing countless letters, if they are so clever why didn't they point out the problem in the first place? They even asked me to send a photocopy of my Electron card, why do you think they would have done so?
To make sure that they weren't at fault? I imagine a photocopy by you would have been met with "It's a charge by your card issuer".They were incompetent and unhelpful. If you want to be Michael O'Leary's spokesman, that's up to you (in fact you might well be in this forum because you are paid by Ryanair) but I don't think that mistreating people is the right way to go about it!
Personally, from your tone and attitude, I'm not surprised they were unhelpful - especially seeing as it wasn't a Ryanair charge.
Just what do you expect to get from Ryanair, given that the charge wasn't levied by them? From Poland...with love.
They are (they're) sitting on the floor.
Their books are lying on the floor.
The books are sitting just there on the floor.0 -
BBC wont want to know now, they have done their hatchet job got a pat on the head from clown & his mates, now they will move on, probably to slg off the BA unions.inflationbusting wrote: »Card charging anomalies are certainly possible, but I would seriously doubt that any company would risk legal action on a point as serious as hidden unauthorised charging for what would be a minimal financial gain.
