  • Blimey girl! 3 a day is almost there...

I'm an all or nothing kind of gal so know that if I start again then that's me back on 20 a day... I treated myself to a pair of dorothy wizard of oz type shoes as I realised that I hadn't treated myself to anything since quitting. But I am 11 weeks clean tomorrow. Hooray!

Sorry to take up space in your thread, but like I said 3 a day is almost a non-smoker!!

Not sure how it works out and it always seems like I'm the one asking you questions about money but how much more did the EA value your pad at?

i dont know if I should say ( there are a few nasty people about when talking about houseprices, personally id rather avoid the mud-slinging of it all) , but put it this way if I sold for that, I would have more money than Id ever dreamed. I was hoping for a certain figure, adn she superceded that by over30k

Glad to hear its been a great day lynz!

The valuation is great news, hopefully the other agents will have similar ideas and you'll actually be able to sell for that

And on the work front - fab for both you and OH... swiftly on your way to a bit more stability I think! :T

By my calculations you've paid off 57% of your debts so far... with a little help from those charges of course... that's fab! :D

I'm so pleased things are looking up for you lynz, you deserve it!

    Hon,

ignore mud slinging until you havw cash in the bank :) Then it won't matter. Anyway.. most of the strident opinions will be on the mortgage boards....

REALLY pleased you got a good estimate. Makes all the decorating worth it!

Must have forgotten that Id mentioned that on here ;):o

Well it went OK, Ill hear by the end of the week. I REALLY REALLY REALLY want it, SO BADLY!!!!

But theres a lot of targets involved the work needs to be turned around within 5 working days, Im worried that they are worried about my sick/ disability and wont offer me it due to that.

But I really warmed to the manager, and I really hope that it doesnt get down the whole "ive been discriminated against due to my disability" line, I just want to be back at work and earning again and being in the real world again.

And paying my debts off again- pronto style!

So everyone keep em crossed, although a week is a looonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time to wait for the answer :o
