haha not finished yet! But Im busily cleaning ( er not now, Im just having a break) but I hope to be done by the end of tomorrow

I wish I had got the valuations before, but the flat was such a bin I was a bit embarrassed about it

About to start thinking about logging off here and getting stuck into the spare room :eek: which was So beautiful now looks quite literally like a tip!

Whats wrong with the car? Nothing expensive I hope?

exhaust is blowing, so hopefully not TOOOOO expensive! as this month my sofas are due to be paid off (horrah!) and then i can concentrate on xmas and then clearing CC. I'll be mightly p!ssed off if car puts me another month behind schedule!

Sounds like you are making good progress hun, i think things have to get messier before they get tidied up! LOL (I just never seem to get past the messier bit!)

OOOh thought Id better update this

A few things going on.

I have just had one estate agent round for a valuation. Lets just say she was in love with the place and she valued it somewhat higher than Id anticipated.
Im not getting the flags out just yet, lets wait and see what the others say But theres definately a :beer: in there later, she was really impressed :j I have another coming this PM and another in the morning tomorrow

Secondly i have an interview on MOnday for a new job with the same employer :j

haven't posted on here in months but have been following your story lynz... just wanted to say congrats on the valuation and GOOD LUCK with the interview on Monday- if you approach it in the same way you seem to approach everything else in your life you'll walk it!

hmm the no smoking. Not the best.

My sister bought me 200 from her hols as my birthday present :wall:

So i am smoking still

BUt only 3 a day max.

After they have gone, I think it will be back to the buy 10 a week, and try not to smoke them and bank the extra money. If I do this I will save 120pcm which last month I put straight into savings.
