Hurray! I'm happy for you Lynz, hope you find something you really enjoy, and your health continues to improve. You're used to living on a part salary now, so when you get your full salary again it will feel like loads, and your debt will be gone before you know it!

    I know snaggles!

I was thinking, my debt payments before going on part pay looked like

    150 parents ( 0%)
    50 & all overpayments balrclaycard 19.8%
    100 student loan 2.4%
    100 egg 0%

Now, the b/card, and the student loans are paid off :j Ive not been paying my parents, they said theyd wait till I was earning properly again :)

So I am now giving all my overpayments to the egg card. But its on min payment only for last month and one before.

Once I start back at work, Ill be paying off 250 plus overpayments.

Parents will get 150 till the egg debt is gone then theyll get 400 pcm plus overpayments.

God, I just want to get back to work asap!

Ive jsut had a call from the Occ Health Dr, who was doing a "telephone consulatation" which should shuffle things along massivley.

And also theres a job which Ive seen which isnt advertised externally but I saw it on the internal board when I was in the unison office, so hopefully there wont be any competition for it :j

    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Aw I'm so pleased for you Lynz. Really great news.

Hope the internally advertized job you've seen is all you hope for, and of course that you get it.

I'll look forward to the thread that says 'Debt free at last' by Lynzpower then - knowing you it wont be too far away!

Seriously, you're so supportive to people on here (you're one of the backbones of this site in my opinion), you deserve this turnaround in your luck. Long may it continue.

maybe when I get back to being actually paid, it could work.

although, I do have a pretty crap feeling that my maths are wrong and I actually owe my parents more than what I think I do IYSWIM

and yes, hairy hand, Im still selling :D although I did have second thoughts today, the first quiver of maybe not, but the answer is YES, we are selling.

  • I suppose you feel you're too far down the road with the selling to stop now. Glad you won't be leaving anyway.
