    Well heres a little update.

Yesterday I listed 2 books on ebay, both of which sold so thats a net of £20from yesterday! ( gotta love buy it now!) so have to go and post those off later

Have almost completed my letter for the bank. Heres hoping I get that cash and pronto!

Also, my mate brought round the digi camera yesterday so we have to get some stuff up on ebay, maybe Ill load things into the turbo lister and set them all off tomorrow PM before we go. We are off on a DFW style freebie at Creamfields, and I dont want any buy it nows finishing while we are away - what do you guys reckon?

Hi Lynz! Just thought I'd let you know that after I read your latest update about your eBay sucesses, I was finally spurred into action to start listing 'stuff' on eBay - so my first item has just gone on (a McDonalds Happy Meal toy - thought I'd start with something low value lol). So thanks very much for the motivation, I will remember you fondly when I'm an eBay millionaire (although may take a while selling 50p fast food freebies :)).

Hiya Lynz. Well done on the bank charges - I'm curious to know if they're asking you not to sue them again over the same charges, or not to sue them ever again if they apply yet more illegal charges to your account IYSWIM. Well done anyway! Lots of lovely debt busting cash is coming your way hurrah! Buy it now is wicked isn't it - glad to see you're cracking on.xxx

Its taken a good while, although Ive not been as on the ball as I should have been :) But I reckon I started the process around May, and Im giving them a week to get the cash into my account.

Waiting for the lady to sing & all that, not quite there yet! My god though, I cannot wait to get some of these debts paid off :T

Also to add, Ive got yet another letter firing off to B/card re their microfiche argument.

For all those who are battling with this, watch this space, if I get a result out of this, then I will be sharing my approach, but until Ive got it cleared theres no point in sending others all around the proverbial houses.
