READ IT & WEEP LOU LOU!!
I got a refried beans recipe from Can't Cook Won't Cook years ago.
Fry a red onion, some cumin and chilli until soft in a little oil, add a tin of drained kidney beans. Squeeze in juice of a fresh lime. Warm this up then mash or cheat and blitz with a hand blender. We have these in wraps with stir fried peppers and red onions, grated cheese and sour cream.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
OOoh thanks for that.
NOw I will save this recipe for when I let the moths out of my purse and buy a new blender, as mine packed up and im far too tight to buy another :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? oh I know Jamie, I know
And I am doing really quite well, I musnt forget that at all.
But about to spend some money on somethinkg else today ( which is coming out of the money Ive earmarked for my sofa) but its worth doing
I have till October to pay off my sofas, have 1/3 money now, and will have the balance out of the lodgers money next month. So I was going to pay off the sofa in a few days when her money comes in on the 5th. But looks as if this other thing has to take priority a bit, but maybe I can cut back elsewhere to find a spare 100 quid. In fact ,what am I on about? I KNOW I CAN I MUST BE ABLE TO SO I WILL FIND THE MONEY TO PAY IT OFF BEFORE JULY IS OUT:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most?
