mine's not quite the same scenario, but I suspect nothing will come of my cashback either...

The first time the £150 cashback was doing the rounds I got myself a new 24 month contract - nothing tracked and I had to wait a month before making an enquiry... still waiting to hear, but not really holding out too much hope :(

Then, second time round I did the same for the wife - a new contract when the £150 cashback was being offered... surprise surprise, didn't track and I've got to wait a month again.

Both transactions were completed online, no problems and no return call requested.

Call me a cynic, but not tracking BOTH times seems a tad fishy..!!

wonder if this offer will still be on when they release the iphone...rumored to be 10th Nov???? or is that just wishful thinking :)

Do we know if the £50 is available on the iphone yet? (I'm new to this quidco thing)

A warning to all looking at Quidco cashback from Orange. I ordered an HTC hero a few weeks back with £150 cashback it tracked ok with no problems - yesterday it was declined. After speaking to Orange yesterday I've discovered why, when I carried out the original online application it went through the whole application process, right at the end it gave me a reference number and told me I had to call a number to complete the transaction which I did, I spoke to one of their sales guys who put everything through no problem. It turns out as soon as I called him the online transaction was cancelled and a new phone transaction was started so no cashback!! To me this is a blatant scam! Needless to say I'm sending letters of complaint to orange at this moment but I'm not holding up much hope of getting anything.
So a warning to all, if at any point during the transaction you have to call Orange you will most likely loose your CashBack!

:TAn update: I've heard back from the Orange complaints department today, they've admitted they made a mistake and they're sending me a cheque for £150 !! I wasnt expecting that! Excellent service Orange! It shows it's worth complaining though.
