    Thanks Pollypig & Dinkylou (again!!).

You are right that I need to watch my money on the little things, i.e. stop buying lunch & wasteful things....

I definately want to enjoy my time away and you are right that the more I have to go with the longer I can stay away!! (Dinkylou - I feel guilty, as I know that you should be away now!! Your time will come & you can enjoy it even more being debt free, you did the right thing!!)

I will be sensible, honest ;)

    Ms_London, dont feel guilty.

You've slogged long and hard and made many sacrifices to go now.

My time will come in the future, and in a year or so when you're back (if you can face blighty again!) then you'll be able to tell me (and everyone else) all the best places to go and see.

Just dont lose that MSE spirit in the next few months before you go.

Another splendid spend free day for me today. Scavenged some chocolate chip cookies from the office biccy tin to satisfy my craving for chocolate. Payday tomorrow! And the pin no for my new 0% Halifax card has arrived, so hopefully this means the card will come tomorrow and I can get moving with my balance transfer. - I made a point of not remebering the pin no by the way!

Hope you had a good day off ScottishSpendaholic! I envy you especially having a mooch around the shops! Did you get anything?

    I spent today:

    £6.24 on three photo frames
£2.52 on a bag full of fresh veggies from Tesco
£10 on a world cup predictor "pool" at work (I know I know.....)
£1.50 on a colleagues 40th birthday collection (she's lovely, wish I could have put in more)

    A pretty poor day......

    OH MY GOD!

I am Soooooooo gonna have to join you lot on this thread. Over the past two months I have turned into a major spendthrift and It Must Stop. I can't see to walk into Morrisons these days without coming out with a book, or magazines or CDs!

I've made a list of jobs that need doing in the house that should hopefully stop me from boredom spending so long as I can come on the Debt-Free-Wannabe board and bore you all stupid???
