Just been into my local tesco as my order stated it would be ready for collection 4pm today but its not there. The order still says that it is on its way from warehouse to store. The lady in store said that hopefully it will be there on monday, fingers crossed!!

Received a phone call this afternoon saying my order was ready for collection. No problem picking it up.

Picked my order up at 4.10pm today . I stood in the queue with my insides churning. The assistant didn't bat an eyelid, just gave me my order with a cheerie smile.:D
I know I'm mad but I feel ever so guilty!:o

When I ordered some curtains a while ago they rang to say they were in. Just picked up my Lego successfully this afternoon and I didn't receive a call.

And the silly thing is that all this Lego - including all that was sold out - is in the store on the shelves!

I know it says you need to take your payment card, do you HAVE to? My local tescos they didnt deliver to, even though its a huge tescos they delivered to one by my sister in laws instead. Is there anyway she can go and pick it up for me? Hope someones able to help.

Had one item come to my store the other lost in transit(??).Went to collect and very nice assistant had to ring up tesco direct who told her that loads of codes had been used when they should have only been used for purchases over £40.She herself queried why the code had worked when my order was only £15.Don't know what was said but she said it wasn't my fault if it had done that!
I did explain that I had put some other lego into my basket but when I went to checkout it had taken all but the last 2 out! Tesco have not taken the money out of my account yet (was £5 something with code). Have got my £9.77 set but not the other.Can they adjust my amount to £9.77 without informing me? The lady told me to ring Tesco Direct!
