Tesco's have taken payment for BOTH the items.

1 is ready for collection according to my account details, whilst the other still states: sorry there is a problem.

No emails and no phonecalls either.

I'm confused.

my order is the same. One item ready to collect and the other saying there is a problem but mony has been taken for both.

Had call from customer sevices, definately NOT getting my item, and are going to recontact me on monday regarding refund, lady mentioned problem due to voucher code being used, and she was simply going through a list of people who were not going to get their items. Not sure if this means I am going to get into trouble but only expect refund on the amount I actually paid not the voucher, unless they are investigating where I got the code from. Oh well will have to wait and see what happens on monday. Well done to all those who have already pickede up their items it was a great offer.
