    OP - it is simple. Honestly.

    Report it to the Police.

    Phone credit card company. Ask for chargeback or alternatively claim for stolen product - check card first but all of mine provide 90 days insurance coverage.

    Well they should be fairly easily traced, I mean he must work for "Someone" who will know who was delivering what, and on what van etc.

    Otherwise any delivery driver could just steal anything he wanted anytime he liked.

    From the OP's first thread it seems that Dixon's told her on the 15th (after she asked where is tv) that the TV had been delivered, and was signed for by a person claiming to be the OP.

    In which case this visit yesterday may have been the unknown fraudster rather than a Dixon's delivery driver.

    Or not. Who knows? I agree with those who have advised reporting it to the police.
