I do have XP.
It is useful to know that there may be another way around this, although I have succeeded in the first part of my quest.0 -
Loobeylou wrote:Right, back to the job - have managed to put together a design and wording for printing in "Epson Print CD" on to the CD, have found the CD/DVD tray, and have lined it up in the printer with the arrows, as stated in the book which I have also found.
However, then when trying to print, nothing happens. I take it that the printer should move the tray into the printing position, as the CD is mainly out of the printer when lined up with the arrows.
Just don't get what I am doing wrong.
Yes the printer should move the tray into the printing position. In fact if the tray isn't positioned correctly you should get an error message telling you this and asking you to readjust it.
Have a look at the display on the small printer screen. When you have the attachment on the printer pulled down it should say CD setting. Does it say that?Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.

It comes up with "Layout", "Select Photo" and "CD Setting". If you press OK for "CD Setting" it then comes up with the adjustments for left and right. Have tried the print button but nothing happens.
I have tried sending the design to print which then comes up with a save option. But I cannot seem to get it to print.
There does not appear to be any error message.0 -
I've just tried mine out. It prints ok when I choose the print option, the fourth icon along the top, in the Epson print cd programme. The option to save the design doesn't come up untill I want to exit the programme, although I could of course save it initially by selecting the third icon that looks like a floppy disc. You seem to have done everything right, so I am at a loss.Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.
