For those that have got their voucher codes, how long did they take to arrive? I ordered something on the 30th. Sure it was on supersaver and was only dispatched yesterday but I'm wondering if I'll get it before the cut off date of 5th June (for my next order).
Oh and with this order I never received an order confirmation email (like I normally do). The dispatch one came through though. Just wondering if they're having email troubles.0 -
JPS and PGARBUTT,
I think I might have worked out what's happened with your codes not working.
The reason is that the same has just happened to me! I was expecting two codes as I had two different purchases, but it only showed one in the email I received from them.
Anyway, I copied/pasted the code into my next order and it was rejected with the same error message that you both got. I then realised that there was a comma in the middle of the code. Then it dawned on me that there were actually two codes very close together. When I entered only the first one then it worked fine after that. Might be worth checking if the same has happened to you.0 -
Are you limited to using one of these codes at a time?0
-
Not sure if you are limited to using only one coupon at a time, but I only tried using one because I decided it wasn't worth the hassle if my order got cancelled by using two.0

Fantastic mate - you were spot on:) - kind customer services woman had added mine to my account on my behalf, but I guess there is nothing wrong with the vouchers, just silly Amazon not putting a space in between the codes!Gamanon wrote:JPS and PGARBUTT,

Glad to be of service! Can't help thinking that Amazon have not done themselves any favours by confusing people with this one. Bet they'll get loads of problem calls before they work out what everyone's doing wrong. All for the sake of a few spaces!0 -
***LAST DAY TODAY*** Order now to get the free £5 voucher offer finishes at 12 tonightThe main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0

Not sure if this has been posted before, but if you use the voucher for an item subject to VAT (e.g. CDs, DVDs etc), the discount is applied to the pre-VAT price, giving a total discount of £5.87 !0
