Maybe its because they havent dispatched my order yet, it is the holocoast DVD boxset through this site! Also maybe because i have £3 credit that amazon had given me due to a F*** up on their part with a previous order but i doubt this. Ill just have to be patient :-)

That is from a seller on the Marketplace and would count as a seperate order. To buy that from Amazon would cost £6.83. Nice try though :beer: The 25p books are a good item but have 4-6 weeks delivery so it could seriously delay your order! Best bet might be to get a cheap CD for a few quid.

I emailed Amazon and they replied saying:

"Please be informed that due to system error you were unable to redeem your Gift Certificates.


I realise that you have been greatly inconvenienced by this situation, please note that I have forwarded instruction to the relevant department and our technical team is working on this issue."

She automatically added the £5 to my account - not sure when the error will be fixed though
