  • Right. All done. e2save Orange 24 month contract with samsung jet. 600min 500 text Unlimited landline and free internet, works out to £11.58 GREAT!! Plus free home broadband, what a bargain!

HOWEVER. Out of my impatience waiting for confirmation that I (my mother) had been accepted, I called e2save. ONLY to ask how long confirmation emails take. The guy then procceeds to check the order which means I have probably lost my quidco cashback and then says at the end of the call I have to pay £5.99. When i asked what for he is said for completing order over the phone. I said I didnt complete it over the phone???

My husband has now taken over as I am so peeved

    Trickery
  • Would it not of been chaeper and less hassle to get BB from Virgin or Sky if you are with them then messing about with a mobile phone?
  • How can it be cheaper than being free? My mum wanted a new mobile phone contract anyway and she wanted to go with orange on my recomendation so it seemed like the perfect solution;

Free evening and weekend calls on landline
    Free Broadband
600 x network min on mobile
    500 texts
    Unlimited landline calls
    unlimited mobile internet
ALL for 11.52!!!! Come on thats unbeatable........... HOWEVER

having been an Orange customer for years, I obviously spoke too soon.

I am absolutely disgusted in Orange. Having spent weeks getting ALL 2 sister and my parents to change to Orange mobile because weve never had a problem, they behaved terribly.

I called up on monday to confirm the end date of their free bb and was assured it was midnight tue but would be honoured over the phone upto 10 days after. Well they are liars. After setting up a new contract for my mother yesterday I then called orange bb at 9.30pm to register and they said they could not offer it until they had the phone number of the new phone to be delivered and received this thur.

Even though I explained what I was previously told the woman then raised her voice and spoke over me continuously in such a rude and agressive tone. I suggested that having been a loyal custome for years as is my husband and the fact I had got them several new contracts, the least they could do was to honour the verbal agreement. NO. They refused.

I then asked for complaints and they wouldnt put me through and just gave me another number. So I range retentions and told them i was furious, the guy was lovely and said he would put in a request but could not guarentee anything as there is a real void between the mobile a bb teams??

He couldnt guarentee me anything and was going on holiday the next day so in the end I had to take out the bb in my name and change my billing address to my mums so that she could be guarenteed the bb.

Orange if your reading this, very very disappointing.
  • Update on e2save, he was a new boy who completely messed up. Spoke to a supervisor who immediatley refunded the 5.99 and guarenteed our cashback from Quidco, in writing :-)
