New Orange contract needed by tonight

In light of my other post about Orange stopping their free bb offer midnight tonight, I could do with some help.

Need to take out a contract for my mum, so looking for the best phone/deal/cashback/plan, heres what she needs;

NOT a touch screen phone, she hates them
Reasonable size buttons as she cant see well without her glasses!
Good camera 4m and above prefered
Camcorder would be nice
Durable

Ok the plan;

Orange obviously
No more than 100/150 texts as she doesnt really text much
Between 400-600 any time any network min
Orange care

Ideally no more than £15-20 a month

I am paying 20 and get 400 min and 500 texts with samsung jet

Would really appreciate your help guys as I havent got much time to sort this out!!

    WHY do you need a contract at all? Take off those blinkers, use PAYG or a 30-day SIM only deal. YOU stay in control, and are not at the mercy of the network.

    Can you get the broadband without a contract though?
  • Lol no she needs a new contract anyway as the rest of the family are orange so it makes sense with magic numbers etc :-)

    I have talked her round to a touch screen as I think she would like my samsung jet. i explained that the numbers are actually bigger and clearer on the touch screen than on a keypad as the screens are so big there is little room for the keypads now.

    The best deal so far I have seen is on mobiles co uk £20 a month 600min unlimited text free phone and half price linerental by redemption for 7 months. Also £60 cashback via quidco so average month works out to 14.58 on 24 month contract

    Can anyone find anything better?
  • same deal with e2save works out at 11.58.. hate those cashback by redemption deals though!!

    Does not say anything about ending today from what I can see, it says "for this month only".
  • I saw an ad saying that it ended today, I called and asked what time and they said midnight

    I'm suggesting nokia 6700, check e2save deals with cashbacks. should work out under 15 quid with cashback.
    or some1 in the family with the longest history with orange can call them to get a deal.
  • I have been with orange for about 6 yars so am thinking of calling myself and seeing if they can match the best offer. my orange car is only £5 but I understand thats because I am an old cutomer, new deals orange care is more expensive?
  • e2 save works out at 11.52 a month but doesnt incl 500mb download, I assume thats the internet??
