ASDA Credit Card Help! - Still no card!

Hey guys, I applied for an ASDA credit card on the 7th of september. Within a few days I received my PIN no problem. Two weeks later, still no card so I call them up, saying I should have received one so they said they sent another.

Here I am today, still without a card?! I wanted the card for the balance transfers, it says that all 0% balance transfers should be made within 6 weeks. Bit hard when I haven't even got a card!

Anyone else had this problem? What should I do? Call them again? I would prefer to email but I can't see any email address to email to!

everything with asda is cheap cheap so don't expect fantastic service they employee monkeys and pay them peanuts.

It says balance transfers should be made six weeks???!?!? From what opening the account or receiving the card

The rate of 0% p.a. for 9 months applies to Balance Transfers that you transfer to your Asda Reward Credit Card™ within 6 weeks of signing your Credit Agreement.

Asda must have some sort of an issue at the mo. (possibly related to the purchase of GE Money's CC business by Santander?), I'm on the 3 rd requested card after my card was cancelled due to fraud. On both first and second attempts I received a PIN but no card

i have had exactly the same problem, i signed up i august and still no card as yet after 6 or more calls the keep sendin pin but still no card, have u got urs yet?

Well, as they say the cheapest (Store) is not always the best

You shouldn't need the actual card in hand to do a BT.

Next time you are on the phone to them chasing it ask them to do the BT for you.

You will have passed security checks on the phone so they should just action it

rang today and they say they are unable to do that. gettin really fed up been waiting since august on this card and now they are gonna try sending it for the 7th time :mad:

exactly the same problem. 3 cards issued - 3 pins delivered and no cards. I am going frantic. No longer no what to do and am tired of their nonsense. I just called them again and their only option is to send yet another card that will never arrive!!!!!
