Not worried for myself, but more if the missus and kids are in the house alone.

But to save yourself and us time, all you had to do was search MSE forums, or simply Google a couple of keywards when you get such a letter and you'll find forum threads with the answer.

Or just read other recent private parking MSE threads so you learn properly about the scam and the letters. Start with the first thread here:
