Third letter from Civil Enforcement Ltd now claiming total amount now due is £150Failure to pay the full amount within seven days of this Notice will result in us seeking a County Court Judgement against you. A warrant may then be issued to bailiffs to recover the amount due, plus court fees, baliff costs and interest.
YOUR ABILITY TO OBTAIN CREDIT IN THE FUTURE COULD BE AFFECTED0 -
So what happens if they do proceed to seek a CCJ?0

Neil. Same basis on which I give you an invoice to pay saying you owe me £150. You wouldn't pay that would you.
These cowboys have no jurisdiction on which to make you pay these "made up" fines. They are unenforceable.0 -

So what happens if they do proceed to seek a CCJ?
They won't.
Their contract was with the driver not you.
So if they do go to court, then you could show the judge your hotel bills and very easily prove it wasn't you. The you will win.
You have NO contract with these people.
But it doesn't get to court. It never does. It's scam.
As above IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE.
Don't reply to them.0 -
After ignoring 3 letters from Civil Enforcement Ltd, I've no recieved one from Newlyn who claim to have been instructed by CEL to recover the parking charge.
£238+
Obviously I'm going to ignore, but do they not send 'their' people round to the house?
Not worried for myself, but more if the missus and kids are in the house alone.0 -
So what if they send their people round? They can't do a thing other than place themselves at risk of being arrested for harassment.0
