 I had a dial up service with tesco internet over two years ago which was cancelled. They have now decided to start taking money from a credit card which wasn't even in date until feb of this year. I have made numerous calls to them over 10 now and the matter is still not sorted.
They keep telling me a refund will be made!! still hasn't!! They have already taken 2 payments one for 50p and one for £12.69. They keep telling me that they will get someone to phone me...guesss what they dont.
I have contacted my credit card who are sending me a dispute form but they cant do anything about it.
Does anyone know who to contact high up in the bt internet, thanks in advance.

What does BT Internet have anything to do with it? Surely you mean Tesco Internet . . .0 -

If you did not authorise Tesco to charge your credit card, then the transactions are unauthorised (and possibly fraudulent) and you should raise a dispute with the CC company. They should refund the amounts pending the outcome of the dispaute. If Tesco keep taking payments, report your card as stolen. The CC company shoudl then block the old card and give you a new one with a new number.
Unfortunately, Tesco can be a nightmare to deal with when they owe you money.0 -
You can't do a chargeback on an amount less than £100, but you could report the transactions as unauthorised, as JohalReewi suggests. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I suppose thats tesco usual so called customer services.. treat customers like dirt.. infact u dont even have to be a customer!!!
