o2 will not accept that we have no signal
What do I have to do to get o2 to accept the fact that the signal in my area has gone from 4/5 bars a few weeks ago to 0/1 bar (mostly 0) at the present. I know of a least 10 other people (and goodness knows how many others) who have complained to o2 about this but o2 just give us the standard answer that they have no record of any signal loss in this area and that they will pass it over to the engineers. Surely it can't be too complicated for an engineer to stand in this area and see if he can get a signal!!
If anyone has a phone number (other than the useless Customer Services one) that we might get a sensible answer from could they please post it.

People have cancelled for this reason, because they are no longer providing the service in the area where they used it most, more importantly there was signal but now their isn't.
If it was a new contract and you didn't tell them there was no signal them it wouldn't wash, the fact it has now been lost should be the key different, get it touch with local trading standards and keep on at 02. Make a note of the day you lost signal.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

Hope i can get the same result too. Do you have a link to their thread?0 -
Imagine if you entered a car washing contract, they will was your car every week if you live within 1 mile (they come to your house to do it), you live just within that boundary, but then they change it to only 3/4 mile limit. You no longer covered through no fault or doing off your own, but the contract states you still have to pay.
If you had actually moved house, changed jobs and the new places no longer offered the signal/service for your phone then that is your doing, but they can't tie you to a contract and then take away your services.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Just had a phone call from O2 saying that they had not had any complaints about signal in this area (rubbish) but the lady did actually take a couple of our phone numbers and will pass them on to the engineers. I live in hope!!!!!0
