Better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.

Hi Rash- are you buying yours outright or on a contract? If contract who have you gone with?

Perorder, direct from Nokia.co.uk (feel well chuffed - buying direct from Nokia! :D). Contract would be TOO much, ebay would be my first port of call, as long as you be a tad cautious and you can get a good bargain.

Get it sim free or ebay then. Plus the one on Vodafone maybe branded with Vodafone. But Vodafones branding is quite minimal e.g. the 5800, unlike Orange who rip the phone to peices with their shoddy software and then claim they won't be getting the phone because of software problems, like they did with the N95/N96

So its still going to be released soon from Nokia site but it's just the ones that have Vodafone software that are being put back?
Might have to buy outright then ... Ouch!

There is a 15% off code (MYNOKUK15) until the end of today which seems to give 15% off even the pre-order stuff, worked with the E72.

Plus topcashback are offering 10% cashback on nokia so you could get a decent whack off a N900 or N97 mini.

Right- quick advice please! At the moment I am with o2 with a iPhone , 3 months left to run on contract. I want a N900. Is it worth ordering it from Nokia taking advantage of the 15% plus Quidco, then paying off my iPhone contract and switching my number to the O2 payg they have at the mo with unlimited Internet. Could I use that sim in my iPhone til the N900 arrives?
Help!!! Hope this post makes sense!

I'm pretty sure any O2 simcard will work in an iphone.

the 15% doesn't work, tried it 5 times yesterday.
  • mobilephonesdirect have just removed the option to have it on t-mobile.

Not a happy bunny now as already on vodafone.
