Bookie, means Fear Expected And Realised.....in short means if you think it it is true.....so stop thinking you are unsuitable for everything and start to get into the frame of you are suitable for everything.
haven't got time to read back cos I am oiling worktops....well I am trying to but the builder is a bit bossy and I am a bit gobby! recipe for a fight methinks.....
back later....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Sal is right Bookie, it must be really hard to stay positive, but you have so much more knowledge and experience than you give yourself credit for.
Have to say, I've never got a job by looking through the paper or online. Most of my jobs have been either word of mouth, or sending speculative letters to all the places I fancied working at.
Why don't you try printing off loads of copies of your CV (we can help you update it if you haven't already), then come up with a generic covering letter asking about vacancies, and send 5 a day off to anywhere that's within a decent radius of where you live (even if you think it's unlikely they will have anything suitable)?
Have a drive round your local retail/business parks and industrial estates and see what's there. Just because the nature of the business isn't something you have any knowledge of, doesn't mean they wont have a suitable job for you (I worked for a waste disposal company for years...doesn't mean I'm good at emptying bins! :rotfl:)"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
