Drinking beer and eating pizza with the builder well into the night is SO not a good idea...given me a raging thirst and made me get up at stupid O'clock.

Hopefully (now I have been paid) the kitchen is arriving first thing this morning but there is a lot to do before it gets installed.....the space I am living in is getting smaller and smaller and smaller......

I have my official workers sweatshirst so I will be donning my overalls and helping out today. Lights are being installed tonight. Kitchen is drying out nicely and new plasterboard is going up. I have to paint the ceiling and oil the new worksurfaces apparently.....I have no idea what I have ordered, I am just doing as I am told...

DD2 has a trip to the V&A museum in London today.....

Stay away from the beer Sammy, that is far too early to be up....actually DD was awake and chatting away in her room at that time too. Not sure !!!!!! is up with her, couple of weeks ago I was having to wake her up at 8am.

At work this morning for me, then pick DD up from a party and then not much for the afternoon, grey and raining her today :(

What were we saying about planning...just been to take DD2 to college...20 mins down M5...noticed the stationary traffic on the other side and 'luckily' did an off road trip that 'only' took me an hour and a half to get back. I say lucky cos the M5 is at a standstill and I left Chloe asleep in bed...the builder is here but I couldn't see him getting her breakfast....luckily I rang DD1 to come round and sort her out...Builder is my brother in law in case anyone is on the phone to social services at this point....I didn't just leave her with a random builder :rotfl:
