Why would a company with an address like that say

governed by the laws of the State of Durham

and not governed by the laws of England and Wales?

You can only legally use the word 'Limited' in your business name if you benefit from limited liability. i.e. are registered at Companies House (for a UK company)

I believe genuine US based companies use the term llc (limited liability company) rather than the UK term ltd (limited)

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread. We are all in agreement that this site is running a scam. The faceless joker who runs the site has contacted me repeatedly offering 10 Iphones for £1350. He has tried desperately to convince me to pay by Western Union or Moneygram claiming his credit/debit card payments are "temporarily not working". I have advised him to get lost and get a real job. I have reported the site to ConsumerDirect and the OFT regarding this scam artist and I hope action will be taken soon to take down this site. Thanks once again.
