Chucky posted a search that surprised me, it was an under £260k in London and there was some interesting stuff for the price range. Its been ages since I did a London search and I guess my eye is out. Freehold and relatively independant has an appeal though

The link is a much nicer tiny house. I'm not quite sure why the property portal thought I'd be interested and emailed it to me, but it IS sweet.

I had in fact thought it might appeal to an investor as a holiday let for people visiting for the Bray restaurant circuit. Stay a week, get plump and eat well.

Yes, yes, thats why I said without our ''other interests'' (actually looking for a farm ). If it were just me, DH...the cats, maybe the dog, we'd be pretty cosy in some parellel universe City only life

AtM we're weighing up a a three bed with no bathroom . People's choices are weird....(especially as is a lifestock farm...I reckon the vendors bed linen must be disgusting:o)

We've had that one before, but I didn't see the power station picture. I was thinking it would be like the one near wantage, but it is actually worse.
