Would you buy this house?..

Something to look back on & will update as they occur. Houses that are a bit orrible and seemingly overpriced...Or underpriced...

A bit of a gem to start.. For a measly £80,000 reduced from £89,950 on the 17th of August you could have this mini prison. Just look at its best feature, high prison walls around the back to stop anybody escaping.
All them average earners in the surrounding areas of Stockport will be eagar to find the 20k or so deposit by robbing a bank or winning a lucky 7 in William Hills to gain access to the affluent area of Wilmslow!

Factory workers need not apply. This repo is a bit of a jump to far for you. Go try a 1 bed flat in Moss Side. Thankyou.

    I've been Money Tipped!
There is something terribly out of place and sad about that radiator cover. OK, so it, especially the bathroom, needs a good scrub, and its not going to win a beauty contest but ...I feel a bit endeared towards it. Not enough to want to buy it, but still...

and the second of the evening is this 'unique' property in Bristol selling for just short of one hundred thousand pounds  . Please note the generous barbeque area and garden space to the rear of this white tub. We hope you notice and appreciate the architectural marvel of the glass brick feature next to the letter box...

Obviously a bit of a step to far for the average first time buyer but it should give you the incentive to save hard for that big deposit..

I was wondering. If you buy a repo, does somebody clean the plugholes of hair out as the owner probably didn't have time...

I've seen that 2nd one before. Perhaps on hpc. Apparently it is a converted garage. Classy!

Each to his own I say, we can't all have what we would ideally like.

It doesn't float my boat but a good lick of paint and maybe some Cedar weatherboarding would spruce it up a bit..

Is that a detached kitchen? Where's the rest of it?

It looks as if it might an open plan studio (apart from the bathroom of course) with the photo taken from the lounge end . Obviously a bit on the small side but I have to say that for a student or graduate that would not be such a bad place to rent, if someone doesn't want to share. The first place looks terrible.
