Urgent Help needed!! Any Ugg experts out there?

You're feeling stressed out because you a feeling like a bit of a mUGG and some folks on here aren't helping, they're just putting the boot in.

Good luck all the same - it makes you wonder about the feedback though, I think you said 99.8% in 700, thats only 1.4 poor feedback. I personally rely on feedback and I would reasonably expect that if 700 had been happy, then I too would be happy. Would've been interesting to see if any of the feedback had been for UGG / Ugg boots. I always tend to have a nosey at the negative feedback too.

Well, Thanks to all for your advise! I have resolved this matter, following tips from the likes of Pinkshoes & Lawp79.

I visted my local branch of Schuh and the manager there very kindly wrote me a letter on the spot. He could not have been more helpful, and going on what other people are saying he is not the only member of Schuh staff who has done this!!!
If you must have Uggs I would recommend Schuh for their excellent customer service.

A special mention also to Bank. A different branch to the one i asked originally and it was the same story as Schuh..........a letter on the spot, again they sell genuine Uggs and have excellent customer service!

All this was academic though, because I filed a complaint with eBay. After a day they did something i did not know ebay did ..... they sent me a phone number. I called it and the lady said she would investigate! She put me on hold and after two minutes, told me that she had found in my favor and will issue a full refund to me!!!

I got the refund the day after via PayPal. I guess there were so many complaints against this guy it did not take much investigating.

Unfortunately the original seller still has my original payment. I have sent my evidence to PayPal and hopefully he will loose my original payment for violating their rules or what ever. Anyway, I am refunded and a lot less stressed!!!

Oh and after all that, the boots didn't fit anyway!! I have destroyed them as ebay suggested!!

Thats great news the staff at schuh near me were very helpful, glad your local one helped you out too!
