I've spent £11 today and that should be my total spend for the day. I'm not going out tonight either so should be a pretty cheap weekend.
I've just checked my online banking and i have a £90 direct debit coming out on Monday (my Very Account so that will be almost £100 off my debt total :T) and i have around £130 to last me the week as it's payday on Friday. Any i have left will go towards any Christmas gifts which i need to buy as i'm going shopping with my friend on the Friday, a whole day off work, bliss

My tv in my room as blew so i've just had to fork out £162.95 for a new one . I've added it to my very account, interest free, buy now pay September. Hoping to pay it off way before then but thought i'd use the code to cover myself just in case.
Grrr something always happens doesn't it, will update my debt total .0 -
Babes I take mine to my bank. Generally if you bank with them they will take it all. Some can get funny though and only accept 3/4 bags but my Natwest have never refused me yet. I bag mine up (in food bags) in the corret denominations 9fine this online) and then get bank bags off the cashier before handing them in. The only other thing you can do is take it to the bank/post office to pay a bill with

Ohhh shopping sounds fabby, certainly worth a day off
I hope you get all you need but dont overspend, hard I know. Sorry to hear about your tv, these things happen but as long as you know you will being paying it of its only a small set back. Lets hope you dont need a new one for a good few years... 0 -
So my total is now at: £1085.00.
I'm thinking positive though, pointless getting down about it. It's a manageable amount and still controllable. As of Monday i'm paying £90 off that then on Friday another £100 so that will be down to £895.00. Hoping to get that down to £700 before the end of November month.0 -

Thank you pap, just as i'm getting motivated again something always seems to go wrong
, oh well like you said i'll see it as a small setback and keep plodding along. I'm paying a few hundred of the debt balance by the end of next week so not all too bad.
Thanks for the info about the cashing of the coins, think that's what i'll do next time :T.0 -
I've spent £6 today, cigarettes and a bottle of 7up. I've put a few more silver coins into my pig and another £2 coin into my small "shoe fund" money box, i think approximately that will hold around £200 in £2 coins, not bad eh, just need to fill it now
.
The weekend as gone soooo fast, back to work tomorrow.0 -
Debts
Debt Balance: £1085.00
New Balance: £999.23
I've paid £85.77 off my Very Account today and also added some to my coins which i'm saving plus some into my ISA Account, i'm going to try to do this each day, even if it's only a little something it's still something eh. I get paid on Friday so will be clearing some off my debt balance then too.

My TV arrived today and i couldn't get any signal at all so it's being returned tomorrow, along with a dress i ordered months ago which arrived yesterday but doesn't fit properly. So that's £160 for the tv and £40 for the dress, equals £200 to be taken off my balance :T. Shall amend when it's cleared.0
