Thanks for everyones help not sure which one of the things that was deleted or scanned but somethings worked .Now starts up in about 2 mins and only takes 20 seconds for firefox to start im going to leave it there.happy with that0

But id personally download DR WEB
It will AUTO scan
After thats run set to scan the WHOLE computer and press the 'play' icon
It will also reset your 'hosts' file if need be (Which I suspect isnt right)
